About

A finance education project built by a learner, for learners

Shritya Academy started from a simple frustration: most Indian market content sells outcomes instead of explaining mechanisms. This platform is an attempt to do the opposite — slowly, transparently and without hype.

Founder & Finance Learner

I started Shritya Academy because I was tired of market content that promised quick riches without explaining how markets actually work. As a student investor, I believe the best way to learn is to teach — so every lesson here is a concept I have tried to explain simply enough to understand myself.

My process is straightforward: read offer documents and annual reports, build spreadsheets, test ideas on paper, and only then share what holds up. No tips, no calls, no borrowed conviction.

The goal of this platform is to help Indian beginners build a calm, framework-driven approach to investing and trading before they put real money at risk.

What we are not

Not SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts. No professional certification or advisory status is claimed. We do not manage money or provide personalized recommendations.

What we are

A structured, free-first curriculum covering trading process, business analysis, IPO research and risk management, written in plain language for Indian beginners.

How content is made

Lessons are drafted from primary sources such as offer documents, annual reports and exchange documentation. Sample data is generated for teaching and always labelled as illustrative.
