Scope of work
Every engagement begins with a written scope covering deliverables, timeline and cost. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Quotes and payment
Prices on this website are not fixed; each quote is custom. Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin after an advance payment, with the balance due on delivery. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
Revisions and timelines
The number of revision rounds is defined in your scope. Timelines assume timely feedback, content and approvals from your side.
Ownership
On full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to you. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, follower growth or financial results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.
